GhostDesk AI provides an AI-powered missed-call answering and enquiry capture service for small businesses.
The service is designed to answer forwarded or unanswered calls, collect caller details, and send enquiry summaries back to the subscriber.
GhostDesk AI is intended as a support tool and missed-call safety net.
While we aim to provide a reliable and professional service, GhostDesk AI does not guarantee:
every caller will complete the conversation
every enquiry will convert into a booking or sale
uninterrupted service in the event of third-party carrier, network, or software outages
Clients remain responsible for:
setting up and maintaining their mobile call forwarding
reviewing enquiry emails
following up with callers directly
GhostDesk AI is billed monthly unless cancelled.
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.
We may make reasonable updates to greetings, prompts, and service wording in order to improve performance.
Clients may request minor wording adjustments relevant to their business.
